CP04S024 series
- Characteristics: Measuring at 144*85*10mm, this modular integrated solution features a same-port configuration with disconnection protection and a balanced current range of 200~250mA, ensuring large current balancing. Includes a built-in 90-degree lithium discharge and portable power supply option, complemented by an external 70-degree 100mm long temperature control for efficient high-temperature management during charging and discharging. Equipped with an M5 gate terminal copper strip, it's ideal for high-power inverters and lead-to-lithium conversion, progressively replacing P04S014.

Uniformly dispatches 24 strings of boards; it's tailored to the customer's wiring layout, easily distinguishing between ternary and lithium iron phosphate parameters. Recently upgraded to V1.3. Note the distinct wiring method. Ideal for use in electric motorcycles, tricycles, and four-wheelers. The Bluetooth module is an external device, offering flexibility in connectivity.

Q: What type of charger should I choose?
A: Lithium battery must choose a specific charger, do not use a charger for lead-acid battery, as lead-acid chargers may have MOS with high pressure breakdown protection, which will not protect BMS from overcharge. LiFePO4 battery charger voltage = battery string No. X 3.6V, while Li-ion battery charger voltage = Battery string No. X 4.2V.

Q: The relationship between Battery capacity and BMS current?
A: There is no direct relationship between battery capacity and BMS current. Big capacity doesn't mean a big battery, but it relies on continuous current. If your engine is powerful, you should choose a high current BMS, it is not reliant on battery capacity.

Q: Whether my BMS is damaged?
A: To judge if the BMS is damaged, please take the following steps: test if each cell voltage is the same with a voltmeter? If the cell voltage difference is over 1.0V, the fault is displayed as it cannot run far, no power supply at the start range, short charge time;
all these issues are almost caused by battery cells. If BMS damage is displayed as no charge, no discharge, no discharge while the battery has voltage.
