- Characteristics: Featuring dimensions of 144*85*10mm, this modular integrated solution is designed with a same port and disconnection protection. With a balanced current of 200~250mA, it supports large balanced current, and built-in 90-degree lithium discharge. Equipped with a portable power supply and an external 70-degree, 100mm long temperature control for high-temperature protection during charging and discharging. Includes M5 gate terminal copper strip, suitable for high-power inverters, lead-to-lithium conversion. This portable power supply is gradually replacing P04S014.

- Characteristics: With dimensions of 170*100*13mm, this system supports 7-24 strings of 40A-200A hardware boards. It includes one built-in temperature control and four external temperature controls, supports a soldering function, and an optional buzzer can be added according to needs. Featuring an M5 gate terminal (screw M5/ height 9MM), it uniformly sends 24 strings of boards. Tailored to the customer's wiring layout, it easily distinguishes between ternary and lithium iron phosphate parameters. Upgraded to version V1.3, note the wiring method difference. Ideal for electric motorcycles, tricycles, and four-wheelers. Bluetooth is available as an external device.

Q: What type of charger should I choose?
A: Lithium battery must choose a specific charger, do not use a charger for lead-acid battery, as lead-acid chargers may have MOS with high pressure breakdown protection, which will not protect BMS from overcharge. LiFePO4 battery charger voltage = battery string No. X 3.6V, while Li-ion battery charger voltage = Battery string No. X 4.2V.

Q: The relationship between Battery capacity and BMS current?
A: There is no direct relationship between battery capacity and BMS current. Big capacity doesn't mean a big battery, but it relies on continuous current. If your engine is powerful, you should choose a high current BMS, it is not reliant on battery capacity.

Q: Whether my BMS is damaged?
A: To judge if the BMS is damaged, please take the following steps: test if each cell voltage is the same with a voltmeter? If the cell voltage difference is over 1.0V, the fault is displayed as it cannot run far, no power supply at the start range, short charge time;
all these issues are almost caused by battery cells. If BMS damage is displayed as no charge, no discharge, no discharge while the battery has voltage.
