Select a prime location to establish a solid cement foundation (ensuring the installation site is flood-free) and guarantee a clear space of at least 1 meter behind the battery swap cabinet maintenance door. This ensures easy access for regular maintenance by opening the maintenance door.

Securely connect the single-phase three-wire cable already embedded in the cabinet's foundation to the cabinet's input end. Carefully align the wires as follows: connect the live wire (red) to L, the neutral wire (black) to N, and the ground wire (yellow-green) to the grounding bar, as depicted in the accompanying diagram. Important: The L and N lines of the AC input should be sized at 6mm², while the ground line should be no less than 2.5mm² to ensure a stable and safe electrical connection.

With a simple scan of the QR code, the cabinet automatically unlocks the empty compartment, ready for your used battery.
Place the depleted battery into the empty compartment, connect the plug wire, and securely close the door.
The battery swap cabinet will then graciously offer a fully charged battery by opening its compartment.
Take your newly charged battery and close the compartment door, completing the replacement with ease.




3. Scan the code to seamlessly return your battery
Locate the corresponding brand's mini-program on WeChat swiftly using your mobile phone.
Scan the QR code of the battery swap cabinet, which promptly opens the door of an empty compartment.
Insert the uncharged battery into the empty compartment, connect the plug, and close the door to finalize the return process.

Storage requirements

Ensure a dry, well-ventilated space, free from harmful gases, flammable or explosive items, and corrosive chemicals. Avoid strong mechanical vibrations, shocks, or magnetic fields. Typical storage duration is six months; beyond this, a delivery inspection is required.

Transportation requirements
