Installation environment requirements
This series of battery swap cabinets are outdoor type battery swap piles and meet the IP54 protection level.
Please ensure that the ambient temperature is between -20ºC and +50ºC.
The installation electrical box has a reliable grounding terminal and an output capacity of no less than 6.5KW.
Before installation, please check whether the following items are included in the packing box: (subject to the packing list)

Installation method
Select an appropriate location to build a cement foundation (ensure that the installation site is not flooded), and make sure there are no obstructions within a 1-meter space behind the rear door of the battery swap cabinet maintenance door. The method is to open the maintenance door for regular maintenance.

Connect the cable
Connect the single-phase three-wire cable pre-embedded in the foundation of the cabinet to the input end of the cabinet. Pay attention to the connection method of the three wires: L, N, PE. The live wire (red) is connected to L, the neutral wire (black) to N, and the ground wire (yellow-green) to the grounding bar, as shown in the figure. Note: The L and N lines of the AC input should be 6mm², and the ground line should not be less than 2.5mm².

Operating Instructions
1.Scan the code to get the battery
Users can find the corresponding brand's mini-program on wechat on their mobile phones.
Open the mini-program, select the battery package, and pay the deposit and rent.
The user scans the QR code of the battery swap cabinet.
The battery swap cabinet automatically opens the battery compartment door of the battery swap cabinet.
Remove the battery and close the warehouse door. The battery rental is over.
2. Scan the code to replace the battery
Users can find the corresponding brand's mini-program on wechat on their mobile phones.
The user scans the QR code of the battery swap cabinet, and the cabinet automatically opens the empty compartment door.
The user puts the battery without electricity into the empty compartment, plugs in the plug wire and closes the compartment door.
The battery swap cabinet automatically pops open the fully charged battery compartment.
Remove the battery and close the compartment door. The battery replacement is complete.
3. Scan the code to return the battery
Users can find the corresponding brand's mini-program on wechat on their mobile phones.
The user scans the QR code of the battery swap cabinet, and the cabinet automatically opens the empty compartment door.
The user puts the battery without power into the empty compartment, plugs in the plug wire, closes the compartment door, and the battery removal process is completed.
Storage And Transportation Requirements
Storage requirements
The recommended storage environment temperature for the product is (0 ~ 40)ºC, with a relative humidity of 20% ~ 80%. It should be kept dry and well-ventilated. There should be no harmful gases, flammable, explosive items or corrosive chemicals in the warehouse. Moreover, there should be no strong mechanical vibration, shock or strong magnetic field effect. The storage period under the conditions stipulated in this article, unless otherwise specified, shall generally be six months. When it exceeds six months, the delivery inspection should be re-conducted.
Transportation requirements
The packaging boxes containing the products are allowed to be transported by any means of transport. When transporting, there should be a sturdy packaging box. The packaging must be intact to avoid the influence of moisture, dust, vibration and chemical corrosion. The outside of the box should comply with the relevant national standards and should be handled with care.

Maintenance and upkeep of battery swap cabinets
Shading and rainproof measures should be taken for the battery swap cabinet. It is recommended to install a rain shelter outdoors.
Regularly check whether all the fixing bolts inside the battery swap cabinet are tightened, and whether the connecting wires inside the body are loose or not firmly connected.
Check whether there is a short circuit phenomenon.
Pay attention to lightning protection and ensure the effective shielding and reliable grounding of the battery swap cabinet.
When in use, try to keep the output voltage and current of the battery swap cabinet within the nominal range to ensure that the battery swap cabinet operates at maximum efficiency.
When the machine is not in use, the main power supply of the machine should be turned off, and then the cable should be wound up and placed back in its original position.
Note: During the transportation of the battery swap cabinet, it should be firmly packaged and the loading and unloading directions should be marked. It is strictly prohibited to store and transport the battery swap cabinet upside down. Corresponding fastening measures should be in place to prevent strong vibration and jolting from damaging the components of the equipment.
